Did you know that being optimistic is good for your health? 
Not just for your mental health but your physical health as well. Look at challenges as opportunities to learn from or to do something different, it’s not the end of the world even if it does seem disastrous right now.  Winston Churchill said, "A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity, an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty”. For example: Say, you've dropped out of Uni, and an opening comes up for a hobby that you are good at. Now you have time to pursue that field.

Words from a relieved client, Life changing.....

'When looking at me, everyone saw a calm friendly person but for nearly all of my life, I have been fighting demons buried deep in my subconscious. Demons put there by others bullying me. Thank you to the Council for putting on such a wonderful event. It's important to celebrate our elders, and their achievements and their value to society. Thank you for inviting me to come along today to speak on this topic

I am excited about this topic, as I just recently studied this in my psychology course. There have been lots of studies and trials on being healthy in later years, particularly emotional well-being, as that has a definite impact on your physical well-being.
