Readers Retreat Talk

Recently, I was invited to speak at a lovely independent bookshop in Port Stephens - Readers Retreat at 9 George St Salamander Bay. Run by the warm and welcoming Alison Rogers.

There was a lovely group of ladies who attended, and asked very good questions about how to improve sleep and about the process of writing a non-fiction book.
