Facilitating a workshop in a rural community

I recently had the pleasure of facilitating a community workshop in a Western NSW town. It was so heartening to see so many passionate people attend and keen to discuss ideas on how to improve life in their town. Attracting people to live and visit their small town was a top priority. Thirty-four people attended the workshop and every single person contributed their opinions and suggestions.......and we did this in under 75 minutes!

The ideas they came up with were very inspiring, and I look forward to seeing which projects they decide to run with.
