"Sleep and anxiety"
“Since seeing Helen, my sleep has improved from 3 hours per night to 7 hours, and I can get back to sleep easily if I do wake up. Something I haven’t been able to do for 15 years, and my constant daily anxieties levels have decreased. I have managed to get off my ‘worry treadmill’ and it feels fantastic.
I am so much calmer.
